  Interior Design Services Amendment to Architectural Services Agreement

The following notes are provided pertaining to this exhibit:

  1. What: interior design is usually a separate part of the work associated with the architectural design.

  2. When: this work must be decided upon by the time the building is weathertight.

  3. Why: interior design can command a substantial amount of capital expense is it is not properly managed.
