Due Diligence Documentation "Exhibit E-15"

MEP Engineering Firm Personal Resumes

The following notes are provided pertaining to this exhibit:

  1. What: MEP engineering services must be provided by qualified, licensed professionals and due diligence must be exercised regarding the experience and expertise of the proposed personnel.

  2. When: during the pre-construction phase in concert with the submissions of firm profiles for these services.

  3. Why: licensed personnel provide these services and these services have the potential to have a large impact on the timing of the project's development and the development costs.  Accordingly, the Developer must also exercise due diligence in the selection process.

  4. Where: these services are provided off site and are under the supervision of licensed personnel.

  5. How: review of resumes and contact with previous employers and/or clients to determine the potential service capacity each professional can demonstrate.

  6. What's important: selecting qualified personnel goes beyond the consulting firm's firm profile.  Individual engineering team members must also be vetted.

  7. For projects that do not include any materially-significant construction operations, this exhibit may be waived.
