Due Diligence Documentation "Exhibit E-2"

Site, Survey & Civil Engineering Personal Resumes

The following notes are provided pertaining to this exhibit:

  1. What: civil engineering, site planning and surveying services are all provided by qualified, licensed professionals and due diligence must be exercised regarding the experience and expertise of the proposed personnel.

  2. When: during the pre-construction phase in concert with the submissions of firm profiles for these services.

  3. Why: licensed personnel provide these services and these services have the potential to have a large impact on the timing of the project's development and the development costs.  Accordingly, the Developer must also exercise due diligence in the selection process.

  4. Where: these services are provided off site and are under the supervision of the Design/Builder.

  5. How: review of resumes and contact with previous employers and/or clients to determine the potential service capacity each professional can demonstrate.

  6. What's important: selecting qualified personnel goes beyond the consulting firm's firm profile.  Individual engineering team members must also be vetted.

  7. For projects that do not envision any new construction activities, this exhibit is not required.
