Due Diligence Documentation "Exhibit F-11"

Project Accounting Firm Personal Resumes

The following notes are provided pertaining to this exhibit:

  1. What: public accounting services and local, state and federal income tax documents as required and within the guidance of local, state and federal laws.  The resumes provide the Developer with an understanding of the depth of services and/or networking opportunities the accounting firm may be able to provide for the benefit of the proposed Project.

  2. When: these documents are reviewed by the Developer as part of the Project Accounting Firm Profiles.

  3. Why: accounting services are a requirement of managing business affairs and the Project will be no exception.  The Project Accountant's personnel assigned to the accounting services agreement must be licensed for the provision of services.

  4. Where: this information is retained by the Developer and available via electronic document download.

  5. How: review of resumes and contact with previous employers and/or clients to determine the potential service capacity each professional can demonstrate.

  6. What's important: selecting qualified personnel goes beyond the consulting firm's firm profile.  Individual team members must also be considered who will be handling funds and/or undertaking the provision of accounting reports.
