Market Feasibility Consultant Firm Personal Resumes

The following notes are provided pertaining to this exhibit:

  1. What: market feasibility studies must be conducted by a firm having a track record of providing market studies for the type of real estate development program envisioned by the Developer and/or Sponsor.

  2. When: the review of the consultant's proposed personnel is important in that experienced consultants should be in charge of the program.  This is the first contract let by the Developer.

  3. Why: the market feasibility study has the potential to magnify errors throughout the entirety of the development process.  A comprehensive level of services need to be provided.

  4. Where: these services are provided off site and are under the supervision of the Developer.

  5. How: review of resumes and contact with previous employers and/or clients to determine the potential service capacity each professional can demonstrate.

  6. What's important: selecting qualified personnel goes beyond the consulting firm's firm profile.  Individual team members must also be vetted.
