Project Property Manager Firm Personal Resumes

The following notes are provided pertaining to this exhibit:

  1. What: he resumes provide the Developer with a measure of the abilities of the Property Manager and the personnel who are to be assigned to the account.

  2. When: these documents are reviewed by the Developer as part of the Property Manager's Firm Profile.

  3. Why: the operations of the proposed Project must be based upon identifying a singular party that will be responsible for the day-to-day operations.  This can only be done via a written agreement, duly executed by both the Property Manager and the Sponsor.  Accordingly, the skills and experience of the proposed Property Manager are materially important in the property management firm qualification process.

  4. Where: this information is retained by the Developer and available via electronic document download.

  5. How: review of resumes and contact with previous employers and/or clients to determine the potential service capacity each professional can demonstrate.

  6. What's important: selecting qualified personnel goes beyond the consulting firm's firm profile.  Individual team members must also be considered who will be handling funds and/or undertaking the provision of services and/or management policies.
