Project Site Aerial Photos & Locator Maps

The following notes are provided pertaining to this exhibit:

  1. What: the property being offered to the Syndicate must be clearly identified to prevent any fraudulent schemes from effecting the Syndicate purchasers.  The project aerial photos and locator maps serve to allow for a site visit and help the title company quickly locate the correct title file, lien files and exclusionary schedules.

  2. When: these are ordered as soon as the Developer/Sponsor places the proposed Project Site under contract.

  3. Why: these shots help construction lenders quickly affix the proposed Project Site.

  4. Where: the Developer/Sponsor will provide an electronic record.

  5. How: these are ordered from a commercial service provider.

  6. What's important: the syndication's satisfaction that the Developer/Sponsor has control of the proposed Project Site and the contract for sale is legal and binding.
